Security Officers are undergoing a On the Job training as stipulated on the Site Instruction / Client instruction. This is to ensure that our Security Officers understand the dynamic of any organisation and can perform any give task. Our Security Officers understand that to provide “a service that exceeds your exceptions” is the vision and mission of our company from the recruitment to placement on the job. In this way we ensure that our security officers are utilised in a wide spectrum and beyond. They provide the essential access control at a Corporate, Residential and Industrial sites efficiently. We provide services of guard posting on Casual Sites, out of Town sites and or where necessary.
24/7 Control room functional systems are in place. Control room is equipped with a Base radio to enable effective communications from Site to Control room. This enables control to capture presence of security guard and to send back up to site should the need arise. Alarm monitoring and off site CCTV monitoring gives peace of mind to client knowing that his/her absence premises are under surveillance. Vehicle or fleet tracking and generate reports of any deviations from authorised route and violation, e.i. slamming brakes, idling for too long. Reports can be emailed to relevant manager immediately. In the event of an emergency situation our Control room is equipped and can respond rapidly by communicating to all relevant emergency services, Control room is equipped with a telephone and a cell phone 24/7. Control room has access to all Emergency numbers, be it SAPS, Fire brigade, Ambulance, Water floods, Disaster management.
